The duration of your stay depends on the type of treatment you need. Some treatments can be completed in a single visit, while others may require multiple sessions. We will provide a detailed treatment plan and time estimate after evaluating your case.
For invisible orthodontic treatment with Invisalign Colombia, you need to have at least 15 days available for the study, scan, and the production and import of your invisible aligners. If you’re interested in Dental Tourism, we offer several options for your «Dental Vacation»:

1. Start your study and scan from your city of origin and coordinate your trip to receive your aligners.
2. Make two trips: one for the orthodontic study and another to pick up your treatment.

Yes, we have English-speaking staff to assist our international patients. If you need an interpreter for other languages, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

We accept payments in COP, USD, and EU cash, as well as credit and debit cards, and bank transfers. For foreign patients, it’s important to check with your bank regarding your daily transaction limit before traveling.

We cannot accept U.S. dental insurance in Colombia. However, you may be able to receive a direct reimbursement. Please speak with your insurance company beforehand. We can provide you with a detailed receipt.

Currently, we do not offer payment plans. However, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners, and American Express credit cards.

At the end of your treatment, we will provide you with a new care habits plan that will be essential to the long-term success of your results. Our dental work is guaranteed with an industry-standard warranty: 1 year for porcelain work and 3 years for implants. This ensures that the work is manufactured and installed correctly. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will redo the work free of charge. We will not pay for a return flight or hotel. We do not reimburse for work done by another dentist. The warranty does not apply to composite veneers or implants restored by another dentist outside of Dentinno.

Invisalign understands that no two smiles are the same, which is why Invisalign Colombia offers an additional set of aligners at no cost as a guarantee, ranging from 12 months to 5 years, depending on the complexity category of each treatment. This gives you full confidence in the process.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Care Credit in Colombia, as this is a U.S. program.

The Dentinno experience starts from your arrival at Bogotá Airport. For qualifying patients, we will gladly pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel. Please confirm your flight information with us, and we will monitor your arrival time in case of any delays.

At Dentinno, we understand that our patients arrive with different preferences for their stay. That’s why we’ve formed excellent partnerships with 4- and 5-star hotels close to our facilities, allowing personalized care for Dentinno patients and ensuring they receive the necessary post-surgical and aesthetic care. We don’t include accommodation in our plans, but we offer premium stay options with preferential rates starting at $80 USD per night.

You will pay 50% at the clinic when confirming and accepting the treatment, and the remaining 50% on the day of the procedure. If your treatment requires multiple trips, you will only pay for each trip as it occurs.

Payment is made in Colombian pesos based on U.S. dollar prices and the official exchange rate of the day. Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express, and cash (USD/EU/COP) are accepted.

Most patients qualify for free transportation, including two trips: from the airport to your hotel and back to the airport for your return flight. We have partnerships with hotels close to the clinic, allowing personalized care and walking distance access to avoid traffic delays and facilitate your appointment experience.

Upon confirming your appointment, stay duration, and flights, Dentinno will make a one-time advance charge of $45 to $200 USD, depending on the booking platform, which can be paid online. This amount will be deducted from your total treatment cost and used to make preparations for your arrival and confirm your evaluation appointment.

At Dentinno, we adjust our schedule to your itinerary. We know you may have other commitments besides your dental treatment, such as Dental Tourism or work schedules. That’s why we coordinate all our efforts, including appointments and specialist availability, to match your timing. It’s important to follow the recommended days needed for completing your treatment without setbacks.
